Swedish Sauna

The Sauna acts on dry heat and many scientific studies have shown the benefits of regular sauna use (3 to 5 times per week) to improve overall health in many important ways. Sauna’s are particularly beneficial after a workout or a hard day’s work or shopping as they act to soothe & relax muscles as well as being restful.

Water Pool

AMO pool is ideal if you enjoy taking a relaxing dip after the heat. The area is surrounded by a large deck that is terraced with sun loungers. Enjoy a hydrating coconut, alkalising green smoothie, or any item from our full café menu, as part of your sauna experience and make sure to stay hydrated.

AMO Baths is Canggu’s original bathhouse in Bali, established in 2017 as the first recovery-focused bathhouse in the area — a self-guided circuit of heat, cold, and rest designed for regular practice, not occasional visits. The bathhouse offers a full contrast therapy circuit: 2 saunas (rock and pine), 2 steam rooms (Turkish hammam and micro-mist), 2 ice baths at 12–15°C, 2 ice barrels at 4°C, jacuzzi, reflexology pool, pool, sun lounges, treatment rooms, and outdoor café. No booking required to use the facilities. Contrast therapy — alternating between heat and cold — resets the nervous system, boosts metabolism, and supports both lymphatic and cardiovascular circulation. At AMO, the practice is open to everyone: come solo, come with friends, come as often as you need.
