SAUNA MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Memberships:

1. Only persons ages 14 years old and over are allowed in the sauna area with proof of ID
2. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please speak to a manager about Air BnB membership.
3. Prices of memberships are final purchases and no credit.
4. With a 1-year membership, members can freeze their account as often as they want and the freeze must be a minimum of one week.
5. With a 12-week membership, members can freeze their account up to 2 times and freezes must be a minimum of one week.
6. Members with at least 12-week memberships receive a 15% discount bathhouse treatments.
7. Amo Lovers – members with 1-year memberships – receive 15% discount across treatments, café & retail (Amo Center & Skin), personalized sauna hat & water bottle and loyalty points
8. With a 12-week membership get 2 complimentary guest passes (valid for 3 months)
9. With a 1-year membership get 10 complimentary guest passes (valid for 1 year)

Safe Space Rules:

1. Members must shower before and in between entering the pool, cold plunges, cold barrels, the saunas, the Hammam, and the steam room. This is not only for reasons of hygiene but to keep the facilities functioning properly. Failure to shower off scrubs, oils, or masks before using the pool or baths, and plunges will result in immediate removal from facilities.
2. Outside essential oils, fragments, and scents are prohibited in our sauna heaters, kilns, and rocks.
3. Outside food and drinks are not allowed in Amo Spa. No glass in the spa facilities area.
4. Bathing suits and trunks must be worn at all times. Undergarments and topless bikinis are not allowed. Amo Spa is a safe space for all! Please be respectful. Amo Spa reserves the right to remove anyone in violation of dress code.
5. Out of respect of the privacy of others, no photo or video is allowed in Amo Spa Facilities.
6. Amo Spa Management accepts no responsibility or liability for lost or damaged personal belongings kept in private lockers or anywhere on Amo premises.
7. Pets of any kind are not allowed at Amo Spa Center.
8. Members using the Amo Spa facilities do so at their own risk. Please check with your physician if you have any medical conditions. Amo Spa does not accept any responsibility for any personal injuries or illnesses.
9. By enrolling in the AMO Sauna Membership, you affirm that you do not have any medical conditions, including but not limited to heart conditions, respiratory issues, pregnancy, or any other conditions, that may be exacerbated by the use of sauna facilities.
10.  AMO Spa shall not be held liable for any adverse health effects or medical complications that may arise from the use of sauna facilities. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that your use of the sauna is safe for your personal health.

General Rules:

1. A 2 hour maximum time per guest will be applied when Amo Recovery Center is at capacity. Our facilities and spa-rooms need time to be kept cold, kept hot, kept clean, and kept comfortable and safe for all guests.
2. Access the “Amo World” app from Google Play or the App Store and log in using the provided email and password. The QR code, along with other membership details, will be available in the app. Members will be required to present the digital member QR code to enter the recovery space.
